So this is a updated review from 1 I did around Mother's Day 2023.I want everyone to know the Ms. Curlinda made my day!I ordered flowers for our mother for Mother's Day. Picked out her favorite color & had them sent. The arrangement arrived & did not look like what I ordered. It's hard when you live in PA & your mom lives in FL. You just can't stop in a florist and order what you want & hand deliver it yourself.
So I was very disappointed.HOWEVER the owner read my review & she remade an arrangement & sent it to our mom. It is so beautiful & meant the world to me.Ms. Curlinda you are a wonderful person & business owner. I will continue to order flowers with you. I am really completely dissatisfied with what my mom received as a flower arrangement for Mother's Day.
I ordered the Premium Purple Passion arrangement & what she received looked nothing like what I ordered. There was cheap filler flowers which I could buy at my grocery store for $5.00 a bunch & big white mum looking flowers to fill in where other purple flowers should have been. The picture shows roses & no purple roses in it.
The Purple Passion was all purple which I chose because that's her favorite color.It's hard to send flowers through florist when you live 14 hrs away & can't be there to make sure you get what you pay for.
This is the second Florist to do this in the last 2 years. You just don't get what you ordered or pay for.I was embarrassed when my I opened the email that this florist sent me of the arrangement they sent my mom. Of course it was to late by the time I got the email because they were closed.Dissatisfied and feel taken advantage of once again by a Florist.
